Weekly Parent Support Plan

What actions can we take today, this week, this month, and this season to support ourselves? When we create an intentional plan, this can ripple throughout the rest of our day with positive effects for us, our families, and our communities.

As I move into this new week, I am grateful for

My mantra for this week is

I will plan to begin each day this week with

  • Choose a short breathwork or self-compassion practice (I love Kristin Neff), meditation or prayer, journaling or reading, or stretching exercise

I will plan to end each day this week with

  • Again, choose a short breathwork or self-compassion practice, meditation or prayer, journaling or reading, or stretching exercise

Micro plans for the week to support myself:

  • My plan for movement today is -

    • Example: activity                                 , time

  • My plan for restorative rest today is -

    • Example: to aim for ___ hours of sleep, to have screens off by ____ pm

  • I will plan to drink ___ oz of water today

  • I will plan to mark the weekend by -

    • Example: sharing breakfast as a family, going for a family hike

My hope is that this will give us all an uplift. We are in it together.
